    Nice building, small apts

    New, good management, clean, good amenities
    Cons:
    Elevator broken very often, small apts
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the elevator

    Nice space, bad neighbors, no security.

    Pros:
    Amenities were nice. Wood floors. Views. Natural light.
    Cons:
    Thin walls. Entitled, loud tenants. No security meant that the building on weekends was a free for all with people coming off the street to the rooftop. Elevators always broken. Mail stolen.
