    Nice Building with great amenities!

    The gym and rooftop
    Cons:
    Kinda felt like a college dorm

    Great building, great maintenance, poor management.

    Pros:
    Super keeps building as clean as he can. Exceptional. If it wasn’t for him the building would go to sh*t.
    Cons:
    Lounge area needs a facelift. Gym needs an update, too often that machines do not work. Management? Lol not sure what they manage.
    Advice to owner:
    Lets just say, I’d run out of space to write.
