The apartment itself is ok and in ok condition for the price. The bathrooms here are great. Right by the train.
Cons:
It is "luxury" but the management company treats it as a slum. You'll be paying a premium for crappy service. Laundry in the building is a joke. The people who are supposed to take care of the machines don't and because of that the dryers do not dry and the washing machines are disgusting. I have resigned to walking to the laundromat (there are two nearby at least). A lot of tenants are not super friendly and the gym would be great is people cleaned up after themselves. The management company is awful but what else is new, its new york.
Advice to owner:
Take better of care of the building and you might not have trouble finding good tenants.

Clean new building, small units, bike room needs proper anchor stations

Pros:
New, no bugs, runs efficiently, beautiful units, gym and roof
Cons:
Gym bathroom completely molded, basement flooded during ida, may be deeper mold issue we can’t see
Advice to owner:
Fix issues in basement but overall good building
