Pros
The building Super! He is so kind & helpful. The location to the 2/5 trains. All the neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. The building is newish and I like the small amount of units vs. the hi-rise on Linden.
Cons
Our neighbors. We have a “DJ” in the building next to us and once he gets going we are not able to be out on our balconies at all. Some of us have children that are napping. Building could be more secure, fobbed stairwell and garage. The gym- The Rooftop-
Advice to the owners
For the rents being charged, the rooftop and gym are lacking. Gym is not maintained and is dirty, would be nice to have a way to sanitize the equipment (should be part of covid building measures). The rooftop is not attractive and needs plants a grill, something to make the residents want to utilize.
