    Awful Management

    Pros:
    Good location close to McCarren Park. Newer finishes
    Cons:
    Next to a bar that blasts music until 4am on the weekends. Garbage in front of the building with rats constantly running around. Non-responsive management. Electric bills are insanely expensive due to electric heat.

    Do better

    Overall pretty clean, management is responsive.
    Cons:
    Laundry room is often quite gross. Highway noise is loud
