If you are a roach or a rat or a silverfish, welcome home. Happy to see you reconnecting with your extended family.

Pros:
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms are gorgeous. The gym is nice and it's nice having laundry in the basement.
Cons:
Rooftop is not maintained at all - all furniture is broken and it reeks of urine making it basically unusable. The management and the super are both aggressive and slow to fix things. When we first moved into the apartment, the unit had garbage and rotting food in it. Building isn't secure and packages are constantly stolen. Walls in the hallway have unfinished plywood, making the whole building smell musty.
Advice to owner:
Better service and more respect when responding to tenants' needs. Maintain the common spaces better.
