    Very Nice Apartments, good kitchens and best doormen
    Cons:
    Drains clog easily

    Pros:
    Doorman is amazing, amenities are state of the art and super is extremely responsive
    Cons:
    A tad expensive but at least you get something for your money. Also doorman is not truly 24/7 as advertised
