    Pros:
    Apartments are decent and there are nice views of Manhattan, but that’s where the pros end.
    Cons:
    * Neighbors don’t care at all about each other. They are extremely loud and disrespectful, even by NYC standards (which are already pretty low!)
    * The building is full of water leaks and mold
    * The neighborhood itself is crazy loud, and being close to the park means involuntarily listening to weekly indie and screamo concerts in Maria Hernandez in spring and summer. Do not live here if you want any amount of peace and quiet.
    * Management is so difficult to deal with, and only cares about reducing costs for the landlord.
    * Packages are often stolen, and management will make you pay hundreds of dollars for footage if you want to file a police report.
    Advice to owner:
    Even a sliver of compassion or consideration for the wellbeing of your tenants would go a long way.

    Over all good experience, clean building

    Pros:
    The building had good amenities, prime location in Bushwick, never had an issue with rodents or insects, clean building with new appliances
    Cons:
    Management is hard to reach and takes way too long to get anything fixed. They don’t clean the common areas very often either
