    Terrible management, rude super, nice amenities, good location and cheap rent...

    Nice amenities and cheap rent
    Cons:
    The management company is one of the worst in Brooklyn and the super doesn't do anything to help any tenant.
    Advice to owner:
    DO BETTER

    Pros:
    The apartment is beautiful, the building has amenities, the location is ideal.
    Cons:
    Landlord takes you for everything you got.
    They have failed to return my security deposit to me over a month after move-out.
    They are unresponsive and unhelpful with things like getting locked out or maintenance issues.
    They charge you for everything they can and don't care if it's unreasonable.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't be so cheap, people are more than just a bank account. Have a heart.
