Pretty solid building

Pros:
I haven’t had any major issues whatsoever and I’ve lived here for a few years. I can never hear my neighbors. Super is great!
Cons:
The split ac units use SO much energy that the bills are crazy here. Hundreds of dollars for summer and winter months.
Advice to owner:
Use better ac units.

Nice apartment, overworked super, unresponsive management

Pros:
Each unit is very spacious, the backyard is gigantic, each unit gets great light on either side of the building
Cons:
Entry code hasn’t changed in a few years, someone got robbed and management hasn’t responded to requests for changing the code.

The super keeps the place running, but he is really overworked.

The apartment is right next to a mental health shelter, there are a lot of homeless people in the area and there are often fights in front of the building.
Advice to owner:
Update entry code
