Good building close to the action

Pros:
New amenities are pretty nice and the bathrooms are great with huge tubs. The owners were always really responsive and helpful whenever we had an issue. I lived there during covid too and they gave us a break on rent for a bit. They’re willing to work with you if you can work with them. So nice to actually be able to interact with the owners directly too
Cons:
I had a window that would leak and it never really got fixed, and even though there’s central heating for some reason if two people in the same apartment had different settings they would both shut off. “Central air” is a bit of a stretch. Con Ed bills are also crazy high, get con Ed to come and check your meter! Sometimes it can also be a bit much living in an apartment so close to the train and bars, you can get used to the noise but stay warned
Advice to owner:
Double check window seals and make the washers/dryers free! Really appreciated though the monthly bug spray, I saw a bug once in the 3 years I lived there, so thank you, this is a great plus.
