    This place is terrible

    Pros:
    It's a lot of space, but it's literally a death trap. Owner is a nightmare.
    Cons:
    Everything, this place is terrible.
    Advice to owner:
    Do the necessary repairs, actually hire someone to manage your buildings. This is negligence. I wouldn't be posting this review either except to get access to a prior tenants review, which remarks about the constant flooding in the basement which the landlord was not at all upfront about.

    A lot of space but not good space

    Pros:
    Very spacious basement
    Washer/Dryer
    Great location that is central to everything in Bushwick
    Cons:
    Apartment was filthy when I moved in despite being a brand new unit
    Unbelievable amount of loud noise either from outside or upstairs neighbors
    Oddly shaped bedrooms that limit where you can comfortably place things
    Tiny closets
    Exposed water system in "finished" basement
    Basement flooded consistently
    Washer/Dryer is of the lowest quality
    Bathroom sink and shower are subpar
    Water pressure throughout the apartment is bad
    AC/Heating system + Built in LED lights run your electric bill into the sky
    Landlord is unprofessional
    Advice to owner:
    Please learn to be better to your tenants and invest more in actually making a nice living space rather than fake luxury.

    No help during the pandemic and a serious lack of urgency with fixing any problems, I can't say my experience was good at all.
