Pros:
Central Air. Laundry in building. A park across the street!
Cons:
It can get really noisy in the neighborhood. Especially in the summer, keep in mind you live on a busy street so outdoor noises do affect your apartment. The laundry room kind of sucks. The washer leaves weird residue on your clothes and the dryer barely dries. I probably complained every month and although the repairman is responsive it just doesn't work for me. The apartment is small. Its a fairly small building and 3 bedroom here is pretty tiny in terms of shared space. you will be a big room but a small space for livingroom and kitchen.
Advice to owner:
Replace the laundry machines!

Pros:
Has central air/heat, open rooftop, next to the park, parking available on the street
Cons:
The building is nice but the management company is a complete nightmare. They try to go back on their word when communicating with you and will try to only talk to one person in the apartment instead of everyone. They will not give you camera footage if something was stolen and will not respond to you about a complaint. Instead they will try to place the blame on you. They told us that they would be open to rent negotiations and add free rent for one month, but now are saying they never said that. Daisy and Shaindy are very shady employees and will try to corner you into doing what they want.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company, your building is nice and next to the park. However the leasing company does not care about your residents.
