It was a new build that was falling apart already. Poorly designed. Bad landlords. They were slow to make any repairs and I would hardly call what they did a repair. I don’t think the stairs were up to code, definitely weren’t wide enough. The door you would enter into the foyer area to get to your apartment door would open into the hall/stair area completely blocking the path of egress.
Advice to owner:
Should spend more time repairing the place. Sure you have the funds to do so after stealing people’s deposits.
