Nice apartment but management is nonexistent

Pros

Nice size apartment Relatively quiet Pet friendly Central AC Nice finishes

Cons

Management is unresponsive. Neighbors leave items in the hallways and do not dispose of their trash properly. There is a powerlifting gym in the commercial space so you hear loud banging throughout the day which makes the apartment shake.

Advice to the owners

Hire a management team, walk the building.

Expensive but worth it

Pros

Most responsive and proactive management I've ever had in NYC. Well-constructed, well-designed and clean building, reasonable utility prices, never once saw a roach or mouse anywhere on the premises

Cons

Premium rent prices for the neighborhood, people drop trash from upper balconies to lower levels
