Entire building has a cockroach infestation, nothing was properly set up and there's only about 15 minutes of hot water in the entire 3-bedroom unit before it runs cold and you have to wait half an hour for it to heat up again. A/C and heat systems aren't properly set up so you have to have all the units set to the same setting even if they're not running or none of them work. There are numerous trash violations and you will never hear from management unless it's about rent. It was made very clear to us we weren't to bother them with the maintenance they were legally required and had written in the lease they would cover.

Should've renovated it properly in the first place.
