    - Super is extremely responsive (within minutes)
    - No pests
    - Renovated and spacious units
    - Common areas are very well maintained and clean
    - Friendly neighbors and staff
    Cons:
    - Management company could be more responsive
    - Unit wasn’t thoroughly deep cleaned before move in
