    Pros:
    Modern appliances, spacious, washer/dryer in unit
    Cons:
    No side door entrance closer to my unit

    Great apartments and stuff

    Pros:
    The neighborhood is nice and clean. Loved my huge balcony. The doormen are very nice and sweet.
    Cons:
    Parking is overpriced.
    Advice to owner:
    The Parking should be cheaper and the GYM and lounge should close at 11pm not 10pm. Especially in the summer.
