    Fantastic place to live

    Pros:
    Great management team that is very responsive. Maintenance is quickly scheduled.
    Apartment was quiet, respectful neighbors
    Close to train stations, good location
    Apartment had newer fixtures and central AC
    Cons:
    4th floor walkup
    Dryer doesn't work well and needs two cycles

    Clean. Nice designs in stairwell.
    Cons:
    Lack of a mail room. Heat and AC break often. Narrow staircase and no elevator. Rooms are small. Poor sunlight in shared spaces. Fridge is tiny
