Elevator, responsive owners, free laundry and storage in the basement, roof deck and pool table

Lovely building, lovely property owner

Pros

Great apartment, lots of windows/light, outdoor spaces, new appliances, spacious closets and basement storage, gym and (free!) laundry in the building, game room in basement, bike storage, garage parking for an extra fee! The landlord is lovely and responsive if there’s ever an issue. I live on the back side of the building and have no complaints about noise from the street! Lots of great restaurants around.

Cons

Can be a *little* tight for 2 people. Even still, we’ve been here 3 years and love it!
