    Management Company is a nightmare!

    Pros:
    The super is amazing, very responsive, thorough, kind, trustworthy.
    Cons:
    If you have an issue, which there are many due to very low quality hvac units that have frequent problems with heating and cooling and washer/ dryer units also low quality which dont fully dry, especially in humid months (talk about a drain on electricity when you need to run a load 3x to dry!), the management company, especially Shuey and Josh, are so rude and disrespectful. They will gaslight you, yell at you, and hang up on you. Intimidation is an understatement.
    Advice to owner:
    Check your management company because the building whatsapp group is rife with complaints and they are the reason people leave!

    Pros:
    Good size apts and amenities
    Cons:
    The Shine management company is completely irresponsible and unresponsive. They fix nothing broken in the apt and ignore any requests you send them unless you threaten litigation.
    Had a tenant threaten to murder me several times with recorded audio proof and multiple police reports and they refused to help at all.
    Advice to owner:
    Find a new management company to manage your building
