    Good amount of space
    Rent stabilized
    No rodents
    Super is very responsive
    Cons:
    Gym is never clean
    Construction on second floor
    Sometimes management doesn’t follow through
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the gym!! Do better background checks on neighbors or hold them accountable
