I would stay away

Pros

Conveniently close to 2, 3, 4, 5 subways. In unit laundry New building The building staff were great

Cons

Neighbors are more miss than hits Management was slow to react to shooting Pee/poop in the walkway Legitimately felt unsafe in my apartment on more than one occasion My unit gets super warm during the spring into summer

THERE WAS A SHOOTING on the second floor near the north entrance in Oct 2023 you can look it up. There was absolutely no response from the building for hours after and they did NOT address our safety letter or fix anything, probably to not admit liability. So yeah a guy had to have a tourniquet applied and a woman went to the hospital and it could happen to you to bc they care about money over peoples lives! Also: cockroaches, inconsistent lease break policies, constant dog poop on the second floor entrance area
