The landlord is very responsive with any issues. It’s clean and I’ve never had any bud or rodent issues in the past year that I’ve been here. The bike storage and laundry room in the basement is helpful.
Cons:
The apartment itself is quite small, so we had to downsize a bit to fit all of our things. We are very happy here though.

Decent place to stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, no one really lived there when I did as it was a new building. Nothing incredible about the place but it served a good purpose
Cons:
Probably overpriced. Roof was never really put together like promised and the elevator broke all the time.
