Great Building Quiet with access to Williamsburg

Pros

Management is very responsive, clean building, quiet neighborhood, close to McCarren park, greenpoint and Williamsburg, parking is easy, nice appliances

Cons

Not a lot of food options or a close grocery store nearby

Overall Nice Place to Live

Pros

Super clean. Fantastic staff. Great amenities.

Cons

The walls provide excellent insulation from neighbor noise but some sounds seem to get through the vents, particularly high-pitched. So if you get unlucky enough to be near a barking dog, there's no escape.
