    Quiet part of Greenpoint, lots of light, very clean
    Cons:
    Noisy neighbors
    You can hear other peoples dogs in your living room

    Very expensive, new, clean

    You get what you pay for, basically. Very very expensive. New building.
    Cons:
    You can really hear your neighbors, especially in the hallway.
