    Horrible but new(?)

    Pros:
    New building, good lighting
    Cons:
    No elevator, laundry is in the basement, management is not responsive, the neighborhood is sketchy, the hall and kitchen are combined.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to emails! Hire a better super!
