Poor management Cheap quality building Constantly fighting random fees on rent statement There are apts that are dealing with leaks and broken appliances for months on end The central air units rarely work, you will spend a fortune heating up your apt if it’s not a studio Large window that aren’t properly installed so it gets really cold in winter Many tenants have open 311 complaints against management (Bmanage)
