Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a new building, has nice looking apartments and appliances, features a gym and 'movie theater' (a room with a TV) in basement.
Cons:
Management (Choice Management) is notoriously slow to respond and often makes promises and does not follow through. The building has had many issues including:
Rampant Mail and package theft
Flooding in basement movie theater
Trespassers due to lack of front door security with virtual doorman
Leakages
Issues with units like broken windows and leak issues
Fly problems due to inadequate cleaning of garbage chutes
Broken front door (multiple times)
Broken elevators (weekly)
Fob key issues (tenants were not able to enter own apartments for a couple of days)
Large over capacity parties with loud music on terrace and roof (apartments near the roof or overlooking the terrace are affected)
USPS unable to deliver mail due to communicating/front door issues
Wifi issues (slow speeds) with affiliated company
If you can ignore these things, your apartment is at least new and clean. But if you have an issue with your unit, it is unlikely in my experience that the management or super will deal with it in a time appropriate manner, if at all.
