    Pros:
    None at all
    Cons:
    Owner is out of his mind and he watches you by video all the time as well as can hear your conversations - the last 10 people that lived there never got their deposit back - the landlord makes up stuff
    Advice to owner:
    Stop stealing your tenants money!
