    Decent unit but landlord ruined it

    Pros:
    Neighborhood is nice. Quite and safe
    Cons:
    Landlord micromanages everything. Very frequent communication with landlord who lives in the building. No airflow in the summer and with AC unit, it only cools down one room where AC is in. No sunlight
