    only electricity, small room, elevators sometimes broken

    Love the cleanliness and guarantee no pests will roam the halls. Beautiful views and amenities, responsive maintenance.
    Cons:
    Right under 7 train, very loud when outside
    Advice to owner:
    Real doorman instead of virtual
