The landlord is very responsive and actually kind! The majority of tenants have lived in the building for more than 2 years and are quiet and tidy. It’s a cat friendly building.
The heat from the radiators are difficult to control, but this is common in NYC. Opening the windows during the cold fall months was an easy way to fix this.
