    Close to subway. Responsive super.
    Cons:
    Noisy neighbors with yapping dogs.

    I like that the train station is close to the building
    Cons:
    I don't like that they dont have a elevator and there is mouse in the apartment
    Advice to owner:
    They should exterminate all the apartment not only some
