Affordable, close to the 7 train and bus lines, spacious rooms, high ceilings, view of Manhattan, neighbors are generally respectful, the heat toasty
Cons:
Squeaky floors, you can hear from above, noises from other peoples bathrooms, elevator broke a few times in the first 7 months of me being here, none of the windows have screens which is a first for me

Regular elevator maintenance, window screens

Mostly good but not amazing

Pros:
Generally nice and quiet neighbors, although it is easy to hear others in hallways. The super is very responsive and the building is well maintained
Cons:
There are only three washers and two dryers which occasionally lead to laundry backups. The management company is quite awful, but you won’t need to interact with them much.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and try not to make it so apparent you find the tenants burdensome.
