    Clean, amazing super and large apartments.
    Cons:
    No rooftop access.

    Pros:
    Good building that's well taken care of. Mostly coops with a few rentals. Neighbors are all cordial but most people keep to themselves.
    Cons:
    Management company does nothing unless they absolutely need to.
    Advice to owner:
    A bit more service would go a long way
