Landlords of the condo unit we rented did not inform us that the downstairs neighbor was a neo Nazi and that they have sued him in the past for harassing their tenets. They were not responsive when this downstairs neighbor sent us his feces in the mail after we complained about his tobacco smoke smell seeping into the apartment making the living room inhabitable at times
