    Pros:
    Spacious apartment. Great closet space.
    Cons:
    Old. No regular cleaning service. No pest control efforts. Only close to the N trains with no convenient alternatives to other subway stops
    Advice to owner:
    More regular safety and maintenance check ups. Heating maintenance. Pest control.
