    Great + friendly staff
    Clean building
    Cons:
    Build quality seems a bit low
    Lots of pet owners, could potentially be annoying if you're not into pets

    Overall very positive experience.
    Pros:
    - Amazing staff, super nice doormen, they couldn't be better.
    - Building is very clean and beautifully kept.
    - Appliances and finishes within apartments are gorgeous.
    - Outdoor space in some units is huge and so nice to have a patio.
    Cons:
    Cons:
    - Closets don't have shelves or bars, I had to install everything myself.
    - Laundry room is dirty and machines are perpetually broken. Even after they are repaired, they just break again. Most units have in-unit w/d though.
    - ConEd/electric bills haven't been charged yet. In July they said they will begin submetering soon. Still hasn't happened yet
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!
