    Loved the views (if you faced NYC), building was clean, unit was spacious, washer and dryer in each unit was great.

    Management was not the best

    Our apartment unit is nice
    Cons:
    Management cancelled building wifi in the middle of a pandemic on short notice, started charging for the gym while it was closed, fired all doormen and porters with virtually no notice. Since the doormen were fired some tenants have been locked out, the building hasn’t communicated plans to keep the place clean, the grievances go on...
    Advice to owner:
    Rehire the doormen and porters, restore our services, and get your act together
