    Cheap but you get what you pay for
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super convenient location between queens plaza and queensboro plaza. Court Square station is also within a fairly walkable distance, as is the F train.
    Cons:
    No sunlight, building is not kept very clean.
    Advice to owner:
    Put more effort in the upkeep of building and units. Maybe add a skylight or something on upper level units.
