    Useless management company

    Pros:
    Our apartment is a decent size and also pet friendly (larger than 10 lbs) which was hard to find in astoria! We love the neighborhood and the apt itself is renovated and has ample storage space in the basement.
    Cons:
    We started to have issues with the building and that’s been the downfall. The laundry has been broken for two months without any urgency from the landlord/management to fix this. For reference, there are 3 washers and 3 dryers for a building of about 22 units. We recently had issues with a neighbor on our floor as well, which has bothered not only our unit but the rest of the neighbors on the floor. We all complained about the noise, violent individuals entering the building that don’t live here and reported a potential gas leak. There have been several attempts to contact the management company/landlord, but they send us to voicemail without a response. They have been unresponsive and there is no sign that they will fix any of the problems we’ve brought to them.
