    Pros:
    The garbage man is really good and nice
    Cons:
    Roaches, come often about often and I’m high up in the building, and keep my place SUPER clean. This should not be happening.

    Do better please

    The apartment was spacious, not too many noises around, and calm neighborhood
    Cons:
    Issues with plumbing, many apartments had issues with humidity stains and mold
    Advice to owner:
    Being more responsive
