Pros

close to the train, astoria park and businesses elevator (when it's working) somewhat remodeled units

Cons

management doesn't care about its residents or maintenance crew. we've had multiple supers since our live-in super retired last year so you never know who is in charge. last time they forgot to send someone to throw away the trash and it piled up stinking up the first floor. poor guy who came in had to manually throw away a week's worth of trash from 40+ units everytime you called them about an issue, they don't help you water pressure sucks and we've had our hot water shut multiple times without any warning elevator breaks down often making it hard to do laundry in the basement few laundry machines for 200+ people. a few mean neighbors: a mom verbally abusing her toddler and neighbors, an old lady calling slurs to other neighbors, a middle age man yelling at a neighbor for opening the front door. roaches everywhere water damage in the lobby possibly lead in the walls no good ventilation for cooking or the shower no counter space
