    Great Space but roaches

    great space and neighbourhood. great neighbours
    Cons:
    some cockroaches in the unit

    feels like a house, great sunlight, mostly clear hallways, AC functioned
    Cons:
    a handful of cockroaches, no laundry or laundromat very close, landlord didn't address pest issue very urgently
    Advice to owner:
    add laundry to the building or in the units
