Old Building Problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood was decent. Safe unit. Has a suburban feel. The size wasn’t bad and the bathroom was fine.
Cons:
The building was not kept up very well and we stayed in essentially the basement floor (the super lived above), which had regular roach sightings, poor painting/flooring and loud pipes.
Advice to owner:
The super is generally a nice guy, but not a good super. Renters need to be treated like renters and not houseguests. We had to put up with just a little too much.
