Pros:
the apartment size was very large
Cons:
Moved into apartment. baby water bugs coming out of tub, a mouse was discovered first month. water damage in the second month, never fixed, mold forming, never taken care of. roach infestation, never taken care of. more and more mold kept growing. nothing done to fix it.
basement has been leaking for over a month causing a large puddle you have to tip toe around to do laundry
Advice to owner:
get things done when they need to and stop cutting corners

-landlord paints over everything, the thick layers of paint make it difficult to close doors
