Amazing Building, Amazing Landlord
Pros
Loved the quite tucked away tree-lined street away from the bustle, and a short 5 min to the train station. Close to amenities like laundry, supermarket, coffee shops etc. Lovely landlord who is amazingly responsive and became really great friends with myself and my partner. We shared the backyard which was a true blessing, fun times with bbqs and hang outs. Dishwasher in apartment which makes things so much easier. New furnishings and the bathroom has a deep tub which is heavent sent. Truly enjoyed our time there.
Cons
Only thing is no washer dryer but you will survive. Everything else is fantastic, highly recommend.
Advice to the owners
Keep it as is! It's great!
