    It's Just Fine.

    Pros:
    Just a short walk to the N/R/W
    Cons:
    Management and super could be hard to contact. The heat would sometimes be incredibly high.
    Advice to owner:
    A few updates wouldn't be amiss

    Terrific location. Good building. Terrible landlord.

    Close to subway
    Cons:
    Worst landlord you’ll ever meet. Got busted by police for forcing Asians residents out in lower east side. His name is Dean Galasso. Everyone in the building has reported him at some point or another.

    Be a better person
