Negligent landlord/management lucked out with a low maintenance building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The super seems pretty on top of it with cleaning the common areas: courtyard, laundry room, trash room. - The unit itself is pretty good quality for the cost - Application and move in process was easy
Cons:
- Really thin walls and FLOORS! Upstairs neighbor regularly wears heels on bare hardwood floor, or exercises and is very noisy. - Management will not reply to any emails, if you manage to get them on the phone the people are always incredibly grumpy and rude

Nice building with paper thin floors and walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet block, well maintained, mgmt company is communicative, easy to schedule repairs, rent auto pay and app for laundry very convenient
Cons:
You can hear every step from above and even some conversations from upstairs and next door neighbors
Advice to owner:
Please consider updating flooring as the thundering footsteps are disruptive and jarring.
